Personal Training &
One-to-one Sessions
We understand that life is unpredictable and sometimes it may be necessary to reschedule or cancel a planned session but we kindly ask if you could provide as much notice as possible when doing so.
As a small business, we need to plan our time accordingly as well as make studio booking’s and travel arrangements in advance and rely on clients regularly attending their sessions in order to make a living.
If you regularly cancel/miss your sessions, we may decide to terminate your plan in order to open up a space for someone else.
Rescheduling/Cancellations
You may cancel/reschedule your planned session up to 20 hours in advance without being charged for that session.
Any cancelled sessions will be offered as credit and must be used within one week of the original session date. Please note that all rescheduled sessions will be subject to availability.
Please note that refunds will not be offered for cancelled, credited or expired sessions and it will be your responsibility to reschedule any credited sessions.
For those who are on a monthly plan, we ask if you could kindly give us at least a month’s notice should you wish to cancel your plan so that we can make plans to fill your spot(s) accordingly.
For Couples
Please note that the above will only apply if both clients cancel before the respective notice period and partial credit/refunds will not be given if just one person misses a session - even if prior notice is given.
Failure to attend
Regretfully, we are not able to offer refunds to clients who fail to attend their planned session.
Cancellation by Wise & Prime
If due to unforeseen circumstances, we have to cancel your planned session you will be informed as soon as possible and you can either reschedule for another time/day or a full refund/credit will be offered to you.
One Day Events
(inc. Workshops & Retreats)
Substitutions
If you are unable to attend the event, we welcome another person attending in your place at no additional cost. Hence, you are allowed to resell your ticket or pass it on.
However, all requests for substitutions must be received in writing via email to hello@wiseandprime.com at least 24 hours before the event with the full name and contact email for both the registered and replacement persons. Changes will become effective on the date of written confirmation.
Date change
If you cannot attend an event, we allow participants to postpone their tickets to another like-for-like event by sending an email to hello@wiseandprime.com no less than 1 week in advance of the event date.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be received in writing via email to hello@wiseandprime.com in advance of the event. Full refunds (minus any booking fees) will be given to participants if they cancel no less than 2 weeks in advance of the event date.
Due to the close proximity to the event start time (making it difficult to resell your ticket) and having to pay for venues, food, ice and equipment in advance, regretfully we are unable to offer refunds for those who cancel with less than 2 weeks notice.
Failure to attend
Regretfully, we are not able to offer refunds to participants who fail to attend the event. This include cancellations within 24hrs of the event start time.
Cancellation by Wise & Prime
If due to unforeseen circumstances, we have to cancel an event all participants will be informed as soon as possible and either a full refund will be made or their ticket will be transferred to the next available date. However, we accept no responsibility for covering travel, hotel or any other costs incurred by participants.
Overnight Events
(inc. Weekends and Travel)
